Remote Support
We connect to your computer securely using industry-standard remote access software. You can watch everything we do in real time, and you can disconnect at any time.
Yes. We use encrypted connections and never retain access to your system after the session ends. Sessions are fully audited.
Software issues, virus/malware removal, software installation, Microsoft 365 setup, email issues, printer setup, and general troubleshooting — typically 60–70% of issues can be resolved remotely.
